What we collect
Email address (required for sign-in), alert preferences and zones you configure, usage data (pages visited, features used) for product improvement, and payment metadata via Stripe (we never store card numbers).
How we use it
To operate the service, deliver alerts you have requested, process subscriptions, and improve the product. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Processors
We use Supabase (database, auth) and Stripe (payments) as data processors. Both are GDPR-compliant. Email delivery is handled by Resend.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. No advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear them at any time via your browser.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@middle-east.live.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. After deletion we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
