Prohibited activities

• Scraping, mirroring, or systematically harvesting data outside of the licensed API.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing data feeds without a written agreement.
• Reverse-engineering the platform or attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, or paywalls.
• Using the service to violate sanctions, export controls, or applicable laws.
• Operational targeting of individuals, vessels, or aircraft for harm.
• Uploading malware, conducting penetration tests without permission, or interfering with other users.
• Using AI-generated intelligence as the sole basis for safety-critical, military, or financial decisions.

API rate limits

API access is rate-limited per plan tier. Burst over the limit results in HTTP 429 responses; sustained abuse may trigger key revocation.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy without refund. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
